The Pool Alarm is an electronic monitoring system that automatically sounds an alarm when children or pets fall into your unsupervised pool. It's portable, self-contained, lightweight and perfect for home pool safety.
The unit is simple to operate. Entry into the pool is detected by the Pool Alarms electronic sensor, triggering a loud pulsating alarm at the unit itself and also inside your home from the wireless remote base receiver, alerting you that something has entered the pool.
Installation is very easy. It sits on the pool deck as shown in the images. Easy to use with control button operation and automatically arms itself once you are done swimming.
After setting up the Swimming Pool Alarm, it can't be deactivated - it is always in the alarm ready mode until you put it in Sleep Mode. If someone who does not know how to put the Pool Alarm in sleep mode attempts to remove the device, it will sound an alarm.
Comes with a remote receiver base unit which can be placed in your home up to 300 feet from the Pool Alarm unit and a 12-volt power supply for the base unit. The Pool Alarm uses 6-D batteries (not included) which last about a year. There is an audible low battery indicator which will sound at the poolside alarm and the remote receiver when batteries are low.
