Packages are generally dispatched within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on the product(s). In certain cases, there may be more than one tracking number. There may also be instances for certain products when processing may take longer and will usually be noted on the product listing. Tracking information will be sent to your email on file and will also be available online using the 'My Account' menu or signing in.
If you submit a shipping address that is different from your invoice address we may have to contact you concerning your order. Please be sure to include a valid email address and phone number when placing your order. If we cannot contact you within 48 hours if needed, we will cancel the order and issue refund.
Products will be shipped via the most inexpensive and quickest method of delivery. If you require a faster delivery, please contact us via our contact form. We will issue a refund for a portion of the shipping costs if the shipping costs are calculated and charged at a higher than normal cost at checkout after your package is shipped.
After your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect to receive your order with 2-8 business days depending on your location.
Damaged or Lost Orders
Our shipping departments package your items for protection against handling in shipping. If a package arrives with visible external damage, please contact us as soon as possible. If items are missing or damaged please contact us as soon as possible and keep the original package for inspection. We will make every effort to assist you in your efforts in the event of a loss or claim.
Generally, products on back order will be noted on the website listing or the individual product listing will be disabled until the product is back in stock to prevent customers from ordering products that are not available. Ordering something that is not in stock should not usually occur. In the event a product is not in stock and an order is placed on the item, we will contact you and give you an ETA of when they will be back in stock and available to ship if possible. If you decide you would rather not wait for the back ordered product to arrive we will cancel the order and reimburse your payment method.
If you experience an error with your order you must notify us within 10 days of your delivery. No items will be accepted for a return or exchange without prior authorization by us thru our contact form. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Returns may be subject to a 15-20% restocking and handling fee depending on the circumstance. Please contact us immediately after an error has occurred so that we can remedy the situation as soon as possible.
